How to conceive a boy? Is this your main concern now? Well, there are many ways you can get pregnant with a boy but in this article I will share with you specifically on how to conceive a boy by monitoring your body PH.

First, you must understand that male sperms carry chromosomes x (female) and chromosomes y (male). To get a boy, an egg must be fertilized by chromosome y. Male sperms are small in size, active but short lived and cannot live in acidic environment. On the other hand, female sperms are bigger and passive but long lived and can live comfortably in acidic environment.

Since male sperms cannot live in acidic environment, it is very crucial that you lower down your body PH. From a scale from 1 to 10, 10 is very acidic and 1 is very alkaline. For you to conceive a boy, your body PH must always stay below 5. The lower the better result you will get. You can check your vaginal PH with the PH strip that can be bought from your nearby pharmacy.

To maintain an alkaline environment, you must know what type of foods that you should eat. Grapes, onions, cabbage, spinach, carrot, green beans, tomato, lettuce, cauliflower and lemon are good to turn your body into very alkaline.

You should reduce or if possible just avoid eating chicken, lamb and fish. These foods are very acidic.

In planning for a specific baby gender, there is no room for mistakes. If you are serious to have a boy you should change your diet now or you are not going anywhere. The minimum duration is 1 month or the most ideal is around 3 months. This is to ensure your body is alkaline enough. When you have intercourse, your body is ready to kill the female sperms and keep the male sperms.
