To choose the sex of baby, most of you might be thinking that it requires you to seek treatment from specialists for injections or medications that will transform woman’s body into producing the sex of a baby a couple desires. The following methods are the methods that I have learned and it is very crucial for you to follow thoroughly because it will determine the sex of your baby later on.

Types of food – the type of diet that you eat helps to determine the sex of your baby. If you want a baby girl, it is very important that you reduce your calorie intake to less than 2,000 per day. Choose type of food that contain high magnesium and a lot of greens like spinach. If you want a baby boy your daily calorie intake should be more than 2,000. choose to eat food that contain potassium and sodium. Take more fruits like banana and potato that will enrich you with source of potassium.

Period cycle – knowing the period cycle is very important and is the key to achieving the sex of baby you always desire. It is known that female sperm is a slow runner but has a very long life. It is a marathon runner. On the other hand, male sperm is a sprinter but very short lived. Knowing this fact, it is very crucial to know when is the best time to have intercourse. If you want a baby girl you will want to have intercourse about 3 to 4 days BEFORE ovulation. Why is that so? Simple, female sperm is a slow runner but live longer thus during the ovulation time the female sperms will still be around whereas the male sperms will be dead because of their live span. So the chances for the female sperm to fertilize the egg is very high. If you want a baby boy just have the intercourse on the FIRST DAY of ovulation. The male sperm will use it’s speed to reach the egg before the female sperm can do anything. Pretty simple huh?

Sex position – I have covered this part in my previous post but for the sake of the new reader I will share this once more. To have a baby boy, choose to have position that can deposit sperm as fast as possible. In another word, choose a position that can shorten the woman’s ‘tunnel’. Example: In the classic missionary position a woman should pull both of the legs up as close as possible to her breast. In this case the ‘tunnel’ will be very short and as a result the male sperm definitely will win the race. If you want a baby girl, choose to have woman on the top or penetration from the rear side of the woman.
