 What do you have to eat to conceive a baby girl? First, you need to know what are the factors that will influence your baby sex when you conceive later on. The one and only factor that I will discuss with you today is the sperm. You need to know the characteristics of both male and female sperm.

 Male sperm is known to be smaller than the female sperm, faster but very weak, sensitive and very short life span. Female sperm on the other hand is larger, passive, stronger and can live longer than the male sperm. Male sperm cannot  live longer in acidic environment whereas female sperm can live comfortably.

 Keeping these differences in mind, by keeping your vaginal reproductive tract more on the acidic side, you can create an environment that the male sperm will find survival very difficult. This leaves only the girl sperm left to fertilize the egg resulting in the baby girl you want.

 So eat foods that are acidic and avoid foods that are alkaline. Also you need to eat foods rich in calcium and magnesium, and avoid foods high in potassium. The fact is the foods you eat can alter your body’s ph, and a woman who is trying to conceive a little girl can help tip the odds in favor of doing just that by lowering her bodily ph (specifically her vaginal ph at the time of conception) becoming more acidic.

This is my recommendation, eat foods that contain:

1. High calcium like dairy products, example: milk, yogurt and cheese.

2. Magnesium like beans, legumes and leafy green vegetables.

 Avoid taking alcohol and caffeine and any foods that contain high in potassium such as bananas, potatoes, spinach and watermelon.

To test your vaginal ph just buy some ph test strips from your local health food stores or pharmacies. You’ll need to test often to give yourself the best chance of success.
