This is based on one new research that I read that suggests that there is a fatherhood gene that a man inherits from his parents. According to the research a father will determine the sex of baby because the gene that he carries with him. According to the research again a father who has many brothers will most likely produce more sons and when he has many sisters will most likely produce more daughters.
This theory was supported by Newcastle University in the UK that they got the same result based on their survey that include 556,000 Americans and European over the past few years.
My argument here is that men do carry with them chromosome X and Y that determine a baby gender but as to whether a woman will conceive either a boy or girl cannot be determine by a man alone.
Women also play important role when comes to determining a baby gender. When a woman takes too many acidic foods, most likely she will conceive a girl because male sperms cannot live in acidic environment and when a woman takes too many alkaline foods, most likely she will conceive a boy because female sperms cannot survive in alkaline environment.
The same thing happens when a man and woman have sex. Their sex position can influence their baby gender as well. If a man ejaculates too deep inside the chances is a boy and if he ejaculates too shallow the chances is a girl. This happens because male sperms are fast but cannot survive longer and female sperms are slow but can live longer than the males. Therefore when sperms are deposited deep inside, the males sperms will use their speed to reach the egg first and the woman will conceive a boy. When sperms are deposited too far from the egg, the male sperms will die fast because they cannot live longer. As a result, a baby girl is produced.
So my conclusion is that even though men carry the genes with them, they cannot determine the sex of baby. Either a woman will conceive a boy or girl is very much depending on her body condition.
