How to get pregnant with twin girls is another challenging question because you need to accomplish two things, the first one is to have twins and the second one is to get both girl. First thing you need to do is to know how to get pregnant with twins.  In normal cases a woman will get pregnant with twins easily when there is a genetic factor involved. When there are twins in her family tree or history, the probability of her to conceive twin is very high. Male sperms can only survive in women’s body not more than 24 hours. Whereas the female sperms can survive up to 72 hours in women’s body. By the time you ovulate, the male sperms will be dead leaving the female sperms only to fertilize your egg.
